  1. 1. What is BidPro Plus!

    BidPro Plus! is a notification and automated trading service.  Among the many things BidPro Plus! can do are:

    • Notify you the instant any sequence meeting your specific criteria appears in open time
    • Notify you when any sequence turns GREEN for trip trading
    • Notify you when a posted sequence has been picked up or removed from your schedule
    • Notify you before the start of your next sequence
    • Automatically drop one of your sequences once it turns GREEN for trip trading **
    • Automatically Pickup or trade a sequence meeting your specific criteria **
    • Display all sequences in your monthly schedule **

    You can receive notification anywhere, anytime -- to your email account, on your cell-phone, pager, PDA or any other email-capable device.

    ** Some features require a trading subscription and/or use of our companion software program, My BidPro Plus!

  2. 2. What is required to use BidPro Plus!

    You have everything required to use the basic features of BidPro Plus!

    You can use the basic features of BidPro Plus! from any computer or device that can connect to the internet -- Windows, Mac, Palm, iPhone, BlackBerry, Sidekick, etc.

    Some features require a trading subscription and/or use of our companion software program, My BidPro Plus!

    If you are an American Airlines crewmember, you can use BidPro Plus!

  4. 4. How much does BidPro Plus! cost

    When you sign up to use BidPro Plus!, the first 30 days are completely FREE!  After that, BidPro Plus! is only $19.95 per month.

    If you are not completely satisfied with the BidPro Plus! service, you can cancel at any time.

Billing / Subscription

  1. 1. How much does BidPro Plus! cost

    If you sign up to use BidPro Plus at the basic subscription level, the first 30 days are completely FREE!  After that, BidPro Plus! is only $19.95 per month.

    If you sign up at the trading subscription level, the first 15 days are completely FREE!  After that, BidPro Plus! is only $34.95 per month.

    If you sign up at the free subscription level, there is no charge to use BidPro Plus.

    If you are not completely satisfied with the BidPro Plus! service, you can cancel at any time.

  2. 2. Why is a credit card required for the free trial

    When you create an account with BidPro Plus!, you also start an ongoing monthly subscription. There is absolutely no charge for the first 30-days of this subscription.

    Your credit card information is required during the signup process because we'll need to charge you the monthly subscription fee after the free trial period ends. Doing this allows us to ensure that you have continuous, uninterrupted service from BidPro Plus!

    Remember, if you are not completely satisfied with BidPro Plus! you can cancel at any time during the free trial period (the first 30-days), and your credit card will not be charged.

  3. 3. At the end of the free trial period, will you start charging my credit card

    At the end of the free trial period, your credit card is automatically charged the subscription fee.   This allows us to ensure that you have continuous, uninterrupted service from BidPro Plus!

    Remember, if you are not completely satisfied with BidPro Plus! you can cancel at any time during the free trial period (the first 30-days), and your credit card will not be charged.

  4. 4. Do I need to subscribe to try BidPro Plus!

    Yes.

    Because BidPro Plus! is designed to send notification messages and perform tasks that are specific to your needs and desires, we'll need to know who you are.

    A subscription is necessary so we can keep track of your criteria and send notification messages to you.

  5. 5. Can I cancel or suspend my account while I'm on reserve or have training

    Many of our users continue to use BidPro Plus! while they are on reserve as a way of finding out about new open sequences before being called by crew scheduling.   If you don't want to do this, you can cancel your subscription whenever you decide you don't need the services of BidPro Plus!

    Once you become a line-holder or otherwise decide you want to use BidPro Plus! again, just sign into your account as you normally do.   BidPro Plus! will prompt you to re-establish your subscription if this is required.

  6. 6. How can I cancel my subscription

    To cancel your account, click here to go to your account information page.

    Within your account information page, look for your most recent subscription under the section titled, "Subscription History" and click on "Cancel this subscription ..."

    If you do decide to cancel your account, please do so before the end of your current subscription period. Once a subscription period has been billed, the charges cannot be refunded.

  8. 8. When can I upgrade my subscription

    To upgrade your subscription to a higher level, click here to go to your account information page.

    You can upgrade to a higher subscription level at any time.  When you upgrade your subscription, any value remaining in your current subscription is converted to an equivalent number of days at the new level.

    For example, if you have a basic subscription ($19.95) and are 15 days remaining in the 30-day subscription period, there is a value of approximately $9.98 remaining.  When you upgrade to the Trading subscription level ($34.95), that $9.98 value is converted to an equivalent number of days at the trading subscription level -- approximately 9 days.

  9. 9. How can I downgrade my subscription

    To downgrade your subscription to a lower level, click here to go to your account information page.

    You can downgrade to a lower level subscription at any time, and any value remaining in your current subscription is converted to an equivalent number of days at the new level.
